Bio of Connie Alexander:
Connie has over 20 years management and leadership experience, including 18 years as Director of Conferences and Events at Westmont College. Under her leadership, the Conference & Events Department grew from a few summer camps to national recognition as an exceptional meeting site. Recently, Connie served as The Director of Events and Programs for The Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, all of which has developed her keen entrepreneurial skills.
Additionally, she served as President of The Association of Conference and Events Directors International, which represented over 1,000 College and Universities and over 1,400 members. During her time with the organization, she passionately led an annual workshop for new conference professionals becoming renowned for her passionate, yet effective, coaching of new professionals in the ABC’s of event planning.
